Summer is generally the Caribbean slow season, but this summer turned up the heat for the Christophe Harbour Real Estate team. The sales office on-site maintained a steady stream of traffic throughout the summer months, and many clients visited Christophe Harbour and St. Kitts, taking advantage of our Bungalow package. Director of Sales Brian Gooding says, “We are busier now than we were in March, which we consider our peak season. We’ve sold four more Founders’ properties at Sandy Bank Bay just this month.” Only 10 founder positions with associated benefits remain.
