Sales Office

Having spent the past several months working from the development office in Basseterre, the Christophe Harbour Real Estate sales team was all too eager to take occupancy of the new onsite sales office in January. The sales office sits at the entry to the Christophe Harbour resort district at Shangri-La, overlooking the future site of the marina, and just a short distance from the luxury homesites at Sandy Bank Bay.

Christophe Harbour Interior Design Coordinator, Allison Elebash, describes the Sales Office interiors as breezy “seaside casual” with crisp whites and dashes of Caribbean color that complement the spectacular views just beyond the windows.

The sales office is open daily from 9 am until 5 pm.

Very Interested in Christope Harbor and Sundance real estate & unimporved land.
I will be in Nevis from May 1-5th (next week). Perhaps you could arrange a visit?

I am considering relocating to Kitts.

I have a real estate consulting background and would like to know the status of your project in St. Kitts. Also, are you desiring sales reps for your project?

I have a passion for the Caribbean people and would like to do my part in bringing benefit to the nation.

I do have access to internet media as well as alternative media for potential clients for the project.
