After a successful 2009, Christophe Harbour is poised for a promising 2010. Real estate sales are up and new projects—from bungalows to villas—are in the works. Our vision to be faithful stewards of St. Kitt’s natural environment while creating a community with world-class amenities, service, and architecture remains unchanged for this year and the years to come.

There are still a few opportunities to take advantage of Christophe Harbour’s newest offering, The Bungalows at Sandy Bank Bay. This limited offering of only 14 hideaways has drawn remarkable interest, with five already under reservation. Their distinctive architecture, furnishings, and views are certain to inspire a new year filled with adventure and tranquility. First-phase construction will begin this year for The Bungalows and continue throughout 2010.

This year construction will also begin on Windswept Villas, a unique enclave along the harbour’s edge that’s under development by Bennett-Hofford Construction, one of Kiawah’s premier developers. Known for their commitment to conservation and quality, this award-winning company will be a wonderful addition to our team. We are excited about this new product and can’t wait to share it with you.
In June, we expect Sandy Bank Bay’s infrastructure will be nearing completion; Harbourside excavation will provide 42 new Harbourfront homesites by mid-year, and construction on the Sandy Bank Bay Beach Club is expected to begin in March. Real estate sales for the year are also off to a great start. Along with the five Bungalows at Sandy Bank, Director of Sales Brian Gooding also reports that four Oceanfront homesites and two marina slips were sold in January.
During 2010, we remain focused on delivering the world-class amenities, for which Kiawah Development Partners is so well known. Strong interest combined with established momentum and continued enhancement, promises this year to be one of our best.

I am coming to St Kitts in early June. I am very interested in a small residence that will accomodate 2 persons. Please send me the minimum sales price information as well as applicable condo fees. Also what is the maximum time I may remain in St Kitts if I am not a citizen. Does purchase of your property afford citizenship. Thanks
