Engineering and design of Christophe Harbour’s 300-acre marina is underway, and slip reservations are now being accepted. This remarkable port-of-call will be the centerpiece of one of the most ideal natural harbours in the Western Hemisphere.

Features include a protected entrance and safe inner harbour that benefits from gentle prevailing winds, and access to both the Atlantic and Caribbean oceans.

A select few mega-yacht slips of 100 feet to 250 feet are available at the center of the marina, and we can also accommodate yachts of 300 feet or larger. Whatever the size, the marina will offer exceptional services for yacht owners, captains, crews, and their vessels.

As a Marina Founder, owners are also awarded a reduced rate on real estate purchases, and qualify for a full Founders’ membership in the Christophe Harbour Club, which includes the Tom Fazio Golf Course, now under construction. (Golf club initiation fees and annual dues are waived, as long as slip ownership is maintained.) Slip purchases also include a Founders’ membership to the Yacht Club.

A Nod From Robb

When the Robb Report featured Christophe Harbour in its 2009 "Luxury Preview," writers at the global luxury source titled the article "Caribbean Haven," and noted that St. Kitts is known for its natural beauty. Mentioned were Sandy Bank Bay's crescent-shaped beach and the "forested peaks of St. Kitts' still-untouched interior." People are beginning to take notice of Christophe Harbour.
