Thomas Liepman grew up traveling extensively as a military brat, having lived overseas and in more than half a dozen states in the US. After graduating from The Citadel, he settled in Charleston, SC. A career in the Real Estate industry led Thomas to working and living on Kiawah Island for more than 5 years. Working with Kiawah ultimately opened up the opportunity to work with Christophe Harbour. "I jumped at the chance. Rarely do you get an opportunity to work with such an incredible group of people, on the ground floor of one of the most significant developments in our industry. I’m fortunate to have the opportunity to expose clients to this special place in the world. I sincerely appreciate living and working on St. Kitts. I have very quickly come to think of it as home. The quality of life is beyond what most people can imagine, and I look forward to sharing that experience with others in the future."

David is a native of Charleston, SC. A Business major at the College of Charleston, David started his real estate career in 1986. His success was quickly recognized and he was recruited to work for The Beach Company, a large southeastern U.S. real estate firm with a small but highly specialized residential business. During his 18 years there, David was a top producer and played a leading role in expanding the business. In 1998 The Beach Company spun the business into a new division called Beach Residential, and David was named its Director of Sales. In 2002 David added Vice President to his list of titles, and his responsibilities expanded to the development side of the company. Three years later, Cita moved back to the States where she maintained top sales in her department for nearly two years, before deciding to move back to St. Kitts. She’s since come on-board as Sales Coordinator for Christophe Harbour and says, "Being a native of St. Kitts I am sensitive and skeptical about development companies that are on-island, but after doing my research I knew Christophe Harbour was a company I wanted to work for.
